Every token says trust us. RATCHET is built so there is nothing to trust: no treasury, no admin key, no wallet that could take your tokens. You call market moves, the machine scores you on real oracle prices, and the rewards move between players' own wallets. Every claim on this page is re-checked against the chain every 30 seconds on the PROOF tab — and each line can turn red. 0 · Just play. You do not need a wallet to fire a shot — every visitor gets a GUEST identity and can play immediately. Guest shots settle on the same oracle and teach you the game, but they never enter a ladder or a pot. Connect when you want it to count. Your own agent can play as well — same board, same oracle, same sealing — and what it earns is a public accuracy record nobody can edit afterwards. See THE ARENA below.
1 · Call it. Pick a question, pick YES or NO, and stake any whole amount from 100 to 2,500. XP scales as √(stake/100) — so 25× the stake earns 5× the XP and never 25×, the ladder cannot be bought, and XP is only ever paid on a HIT. Staking more buys leverage on being right; it buys nothing at all on being right. Each card quotes the level it is asking about — NOW is the live price, CLEARS / BREAKS / BAND is what has to happen. Your shot is sealed: only a hash of your side is stored, so nobody — including us — can read it before it settles.
2 · It settles itself. When the window closes, the shot settles on Pyth oracle prices, the same source used at seal. There is no cron and no operator: the next request that touches your account does the work. Those prices are read straight off Solana — from the same sponsored Pyth accounts our settlement program validates on-chain — so anyone can load the same account at the same slot and get the same number we settled you on. Every price on this page carries its publish age; nothing here pretends to be fresher than the chain says it is.
3 · Being right pays. A HIT returns 1.7× your stake in credits and earns XP; a MISS feeds the Machine. Break-even sits near 59% accuracy — beat the market consistently and you play forever, guess and you run down. You can only ever win credits by risking credits you already hold, so it is a skill filter, not a faucet, and no token is ever minted.
4 · Climb. XP comes only from being right, never from spending. Ranks run COG → PISTON → FLYWHEEL → TURBINE → REACTOR and unlock more simultaneous chambers — never better odds. The pots. 30% of every stake feeds two pots on two clocks: the DAILY pot (top 3 take 50/30/20 at 00:00 UTC) and the WEEKLY season pot (top 5 take 40/25/15/12/8 on Sunday). Paid automatically, no claim button; unclaimed shares roll over.
The Champion's Cut — real $RCX. 30% of every reload goes straight to the daily podium's wallets (50/30/20) inside the reloader's own transaction. No pool, no custody, no claim button — the tokens never sit anywhere. To hold a seat you must actually hold RCX, and keep at least half of your last 7 days of champion pay: champions who dump lose the seat to the next player up. Your console shows a live "safe to sell" number.
The Gearbox — staking with no deposit. Register with one signature. Your tokens never move. The machine reads your on-chain balance and pays daily credits on it. Nothing is deposited, so there is nothing to rug and nothing to withdraw. 70% burns · 30% to players · 0% to the team — at both doors, frozen, printed on the buttons. Stakes feed the pots; reloads burn and pay the champions. The creator is paid one way only: the standard pump.fun creator fee on trading volume, to a published wallet.
One currency: CREDITS. A new wallet is granted 5,000 once. After that, credits come only from reloads (1 burned RCX = 1 credit, verified on-chain), pot wins and the Gearbox. Rewards are credits and real RCX moved between players — never minted tokens. There is no faucet and there never will be. Solana · settlement in seconds at fees where "anyone can settle this" is economically real. Token-2022 · mint and freeze authority revoked, readable by anyone. pump.fun / PumpSwap · fair launch, no presale, no team allocation; liquidity protocol-held since graduation. Pyth · first-party oracle prices, identical at seal and settle.
Commit–reveal sealing. Every seal writes sha256("SIDE|salt") into a hash-chained event log. Settlement reveals side and salt, so anyone can verify any shot afterwards and nobody can read one before. You cannot be front-run or copy-traded.
The Black Box. The complete machine — every player, credit, burn signature and log entry — downloads at /api/snapshot, and any player can anchor the log's head into a Solana memo from their own wallet (+25 XP). A stranger can verify a snapshot against those anchors and resurrect the whole game on their own hosting. Kill our server and you have paused RATCHET; you cannot end it.
The settlement layer is going on-chain. A Solana program that holds no funds and answers to no admin — seal, permissionless Pyth settle, reveal and score — is deployed and proven on devnet: 4WQ4XTzC29M6YoxgNi9WHhYJWEtYyj6YNFtSB9yCM6E2. Its first verdict was a loss for the wallet that deployed it. 288 lines of Rust, zero dependencies. The live game still settles on our server — which is exactly why the PROOF page exists. There is no team wallet in any reward path, no pool holding player funds, no key in this system that can touch a token, and no mint that can print one. That is not a promise we are making — it is a set of properties you can read off the chain, and the PROOF tab reads them for you every 30 seconds. The floor number at the top of this page is simulated and labelled so until the audited vault ships. The on-chain program is on devnet — research, not yet the live money path. The Warden is a v0 heuristic and says so on its own page. Log entries written before cryptographic sealing contain what they contain; a hash chain cannot be rewritten and we would not want one that could.
